Okwi pulverizes Ruvu Shooting

Ugandan lethal striker Emmanuel Okwi proved wrong those who earlier said that he was past his peak and had nothing to offer to Simba when he scored four goals by himself.

Earlier soccer fans claimed that Simba had signed a spent player who could not be expected to make a difference in the league.
The Uganda Cranes striker used aMzamiru Yassin pass to score the first goal in the 18th minute before he beat the defense of the armed forces side to add the second in the 22nd minute.

Okwi scored the third goal in the 35th minute after coordinating well again with Mzamiru and headed home his fourth goal in the 51st minute after connecting well a Saidi Ndemla cross.

Other goals were scored by Shiza Kichuya in the 42nd minute when he used Erasto Nyoni’s pass to beat Ruvu Shooting goalie Bidii Hussein. Another goal was scored by Juma Liuzio in the 46th minute. Nyoni sealed the scoring board in the 82nd minute.
