The final Tigo Beatz promotion draw saw Hamis Athuman (20), a peasant from Morogoro Region emerge the winner of 10m/- early this week.
Announcing the winner, Tigo Quality Specialist Pamela Shellukindo said the firm’s focus is on customers and that it strives to exceed the customers’ expectations.
She said it is because of the vision that they create services that can be affordable, accessible and available to all.
She added: “It needs a lot of creativity in order to implement so that every customer can appreciate.”
Shellukindo said, between May 21 and 19 July, this year customers’ who downloaded any new ‘Tigo beatz’songs using either one of the following options: star (*) copy when they call a friend, SMSing the Alphabet of any song to 15050, and buying the song they like, they automatically qualified to take part in the promotion.
In so doing, she said, they enhanced their chances of winning with each song download.
Meanwhile, Shellukindo announced the launch of the firm’s new service called ‘Tigo Islamic Portal’ dpecifically designed for the Holy month of Ramadhan, whereby customers can access to daily recitations of the Holy Quaran, Dua, Hadeeth and Qasida simply by dialing 0901904444.
In the service that also offers religious consultancy, they could as well access to talk to variety of sheikhs for only 15/- daily.
