17th March 2012
Villa Squad

Relegation-Haunted Villa Squad meet holders Young Africans at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam today instead of Chamazi venue, it has been confirmed.

No reason was disclosed by the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) on the change of the venue for the match.

Yanga, who are third placed in the standings table with 40 points after 19 appearances, seek to reduce the four-point gap kept by rivals Simba.

The match is important to either side as  Villa are in their last bid to maintain status of their premiership berth while Yanga tighten grip on title retention

In another league fixture at the Mkwakwani Stadium in Tanga hosts Coastal Union entertain JKT Oljoro.

The league continues tomorrow when Mtibwa Sugar hosts visiting Simba at the Jamhuri Stadium in Morogoro.

The Sunday fixture is concluded with a match between Azam and Ruvu Shooting at the Chamazi Stadium on the outskirts of Dar es Salaam.
