Visiting Mozambican head coach and his Taifa Stars counterpart will come face to face in a press conference to be held at the Tanzania Football Federation’s premises in Dar es Salaam today.
Stars Jan Poulsen and Gert Josef Angels of the Mambas will be available to answer questions to be posed by journalists in connection with their African Nations Cup qualifier first leg match to be played at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam the very subsequent day.
The press conference is expected to start from noon, according to the TFF’s information officer Boniface Wambura.
While Stars have been training for more than a week now at their Karume Memorial Stadium base in Dar es Salaam, the Mozambicans arrived on Sunday evening.
The Mozambique contingent comprises 19 players and ten officials.
The full line-up of the Mambas are Francisco Muchanga, Clesio Bauque, Almiro Lobo, Manuel Fernandes and Francisco Massinga.
Others are Joao Rafael, Nelson Longomate, Joao Mazive, Zainadine Chavango, Osvaldo Sunde, Luis Vaz, Carlos Chimomole, Joao Aguiar, Edson Sitoe, Jeremias Sitoe, Stelio Ernesto, Elias Pelembe, Eduardo Jumisse and Simao Mate.
Stars line-up might be known today should the coach decide to unveil basing on the performance of the players last Thursday when they were held to a barren draw by visiting Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Nations Cup finals will be staged in South Africa early next year.
