Tanzania U-20 youth soccer team, the Ngorongoro Heroes are expected to board a Khartoum-bound flight ahead of their African Nations Cup qualifier return leg tie against Sudan set for Saturday.
The contingent to Khartoum would comprise 28 people including players and officials.
A member of the Tanzania Football Federation’s executive committee Athuman Kambi is the head of the delegation.
The flagging off ceremony will be held at the TFF premises this morning.

For yet another time the Tanzania youth soccer team will have an opportunity to play a first leg tie at home to Nigeria on July 28 ahead of the return leg set between August10 and 12.
The African youth championship finals will be staged in Algeria in March next year. All semifinalists from the Algeria tourney will automatically qualify to the World Cup tourney to be staged in Turkey.
