Tabora Rhino Rangers and Police Dar es Salaam teams are expected to lock horns in the intermediate football league that kicks off at the Jamhuri Stadium in Morogoro on Saturday.
Two matches will be played on daily basis in the nine-team league aimed at promoting the top four teams into the Mainland premiership berth.
The first match kicks off at 14.00 hours and the final one is two hours later at the same venue.
Morogoro Regional Football Association has parted with 20.5m/- out of the sanctioned 25m/- required to cater for the running of the league.
The balance of the sanctioned fee will be paid by the Morogoro football authorities through services to run the league.
Mbeya region fell short of the 25m/- sanction fee after pouring 15m/- into the TFF coffers which were insufficient to meet the expenditure demands of running the league.
The draw for the intermediate league was done at the TFF premises on Monday and attended by seven out of the nine teams competing in the league.
Trans Camp and Mbeya City Council play in the second match of the opening day.

April 1: Mgambo Shooting vs Mlale JKT, then Tanzania Prisons vs Police Morogoro.
April 2: Police Tabora vs Rhino Rangers, Police Dar es Salaam vs Trans Camp.
April 3: Mbeya City Council vs Tanzania Prisons, Police Morogoro vs Mgambo Shooting.
April 5: Police Tabora vs Mlale JKT, Rhino Rangers vs Trans Camp.
April 6: Police Dar es Salaam vs Mbeya City Council, Tanzania Prisons vs Mgambo Shooting.
April 8: Mlale JKT vs Police Morogoro Police Tabora vs Police Dar es Salaam. April 9: Mgambo Shooting vs Rhino Rangers, Trans Camp vs Tanzania Prisons.
April 11: Mbeya City Council vs Police Tabora, Mlale JKT vs Rhino Rangers. April 12: Police Dar es Salaam vs Mgambo Shooting, Police Morogoro vs Trans Camp.
