People with disabilities, most of them small traders, sit right in the middle of a section of busy Uhuru Street near the Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner's office yesterday.
Persons with disabilities hold city to ransom
A busy Dar es Salaam centre was brought to a standstill yesterday morning after traders with physical disabilities closed two roads for hours, protesting the demolition of their business structures.   The incident occurred in the Karume area famously known as ‘Mchikichini’.
