Young Africans new Belgian trainer Tom Saintfiet said he is completely spoilt for choice of the team’s first line-up. The coach was responding to an interview during a training session in Dare s Salaam yesterday.
 He said most of the players are performing well and he would be in trouble to pick his starting line-up ahead of the Kagame Cup championship that kicks off this weekend in Dar e Salaam.

The coach, who arrived to join the club for a two-year contract last week, said he has been impressed by the discipline shown by the players and he relishes support from the management as well as fans.
 
“I’m trying my best to build up a formidable squad as I have a winning philosophy whenever I take up a team”, said the coach.

Saintfiet acknowledged a full support he relishes from his stand in coach Fred Felix.

The coach says he is looking forward to lead the team into the first friendly under his reign before featuring in the Kagame Cup this weekend.

“I’m not familiar with most of the team expected to compete in the forthcoming Kagame Cup but my job has been highly eased by Felix who has been trained the players”, said the Belgian coach.

“So far we have only Nurdin Bakari in the sick bay but the rest of the players have terrific fitness”, said the coach.

Meanwhile, Yanga is expected to meet JKT Ruvu at the National Stadium today in the friendly tie.

 In related development Felix said Yanga’s new sign up centre back Kelvin Yondani is eligible to feature for the team in the Kagame Cup tournament.

Yondani whose transfer from archrivals Simba has sparked a hot debate, is alleged to have breached a contract with his former club.

 Felix said Yondani is a legal Yanga player and has fitness enough to feature for his new team during the tournament.
 Of late Yondani’s former club, Simba have been reported to plot a petition against the player whom they blame to have defected their club improperly.

Yanga are staging a Kagame Cup title retention bid after winning it for the fourth time last year when Dare s salaam hosted the championships.
