


Ten football teenagers have penetrated through a tight screening by Spanish talent scouting agent Gisbert Xavier for further career development.
The talent screening exercise has been conducted since last week as 1,500 teens of under 14 years were involved in the Aspire Football Dream project.
The talent scouting was conducted in Morogoro, Bagamoyo, Kawe, Makongo, Magomeni, Tabata, Kitunda, Tandika, and Ukonga and at the Karume Memorial Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
Selected teenager players are Morogoro’s Karim Hussein of Nanenane Secondary School, Mwalimu Nyerere Primary School’s Joseph Mushi from Magomeni centre and Tabata’s Martin Tangazi.
From Tandika centre is Ismail Ngakonda who studies at the Airport School, Kitunda centre has Nicholas Lauteri and Hamad Omari from Ulongoni Secondary School) and Omari Mbwai of Msongola Secondary).
Ukonga centre produced James Msuva who studies at Makongo Secondary School) as Karume centre has Adolph Mtasigwa from Loyola Secondary School).
Last in the line up is Ally Hatibu of Kurasini Secondary School.
The Spaniard talent scouting is expected to screen further the players ahead of going to Nairobi where there will be additional screening to be held for four days from June 5.
