The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed four Tanzanian referees to officiate a round of 16 Confederation up return leg tie between South African’s Black Leopards and Warri Wolves from Nigeria.
The match will be played in South Africa between the weekend days of May 4 and 6.
Central referee will be Zanzibar’s Waziri Sheha who will be assisted by John Kanyenye and Erasmo Jesse as linesmen.
Israel Mujuni who was involved in a fracas in a premiership match between Yanga and Azam last month in Dar es Salaam is the fourth official. Mozambican Aurelio Mathias is the match commissioner.
The teams play their first leg match on April 29 at the Warri City’s Stadium located inside the Delta province of Nigeria. The match will be officiated by referees from Senegal as Inyangi Bokinda from the Democratic Republic of Congo is the commissioner.
