Voting trends so far indicate that voting for Kilimanjaro is mostly from the diaspora with limited home participation. Our close competitor is however threatening to clench victory as it is getting a lot more love from home voters.
Should Tanzania win the competition it shall serve well the local natural and cultural heritage sites attracting tourism from the World over and giving a push start to the growing yet sluggish national income.
