The Tanzania Trade Show 2013 is all set to begin today at Diamond Jublilee Halls, in Dar es Salaam, a statement issued in Dares Salaam has said.
The event is the seventh edition attracting exhibitors from over 12 countries like United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman, Tunisia, China, India, Italy, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania etc, it said.
The exhibitors are offering a huge variety of products from different categories like building, construction, packaging, industrial, medical, pharmaceutical, food, hotel, automotive and industrial.
Organised by Grow Exhibitions from Dubai, it will take place for three days. The event timing is from 11 am to 7 pm and is open to trade visitors throughout the day, the statement said.
Grow Exhibitions with a strong presence in East Africa organises six events annually in Tanzania and Kenya. The earlier event took place in Dar-es-Salaam last year in September.
Moiz Jalputliwala of Grow Exhibitions said that this year the participants are from various countries and the major presence is from Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates, it said.
One of the main attractions is the participation of the Public Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development along with its members taking part in the Building sector "BUILDING TANZANIA 2013".
