Three lucky winners of the ongoing English Premier League Promotion yesterday were awarded different prizes, including originally branded Barclays Premier League Merchandise.

Speaking with The Guardian, Juma Abdul, who is the Barclays Bank head of business banking retail, said the draw had 5,000 entries and Kimaya Ibrahim Ramadhani from Buguruni branch emerged the overall winner of the promotion.

Ramadhani will be awarded a fully paid trip to the United Kingdom to watch a live Barclays Premier League match.

Abdul named the second and third winners as EACOM Limited of Ohio branch and Jamal Ali Ahmed of Magomeni branch respectively and each went away with an original English Premier League jersey and a football.

He said every month Barclays Bank awards one lucky winner and their guest a trip of lifetime to watch a live match in UK.

The English Premier League is watched by millions around the world and hundreds of thousands in Tanzania.
