Twelve contestants for Miss Kigamboni will line up for interview in Dar es Salaam today ahead of the show on Friday.
The beauty pageantry that leads to the Miss Tanzania in September will be held at the Navy Beach on Friday.
The event’s coordinator from K&L Media Solutions firm, Somoe Ng'itu, said preparations for the screening is complete.
The winners of the Miss Kigamboni would represent the suburb to the zonal event for Temeke.
FM Academia music band is expected to spice up the event through entertaining fans and guest of honour during the beauty show.
The beauty contestants lined up for the interview are Susanne Jeremiah, Agnes Goodluck, Elizabeth Boniface, Dorothea Kessy, Esther Albert, Edda Sylvester, Sophia Martin, Doreen Kweka, Khadija Kombo, Lina David, Rosemary Peter and Winnie Karaya.
Somoe expressed her sincere appreciation to corporate firms that have supported the event’s procession up to this stage. She named the firms as
Tanzania Breweries Limited through its Redd's brand beer, Dodoma Wine, Hope Country hotel, Screen Masters, Global Publishers, Nobro Collections, Times FM na Clouds FM.
Three top placed winners on Friday would join other teams from Kurasini and Chang'ombe for the Miss Temeke contest later in July.
