



Yanga ended their goal draught when they hit JKT Ruvu 4-1 in a premier league match at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam yesterday.
The team won under assistant coach Felix Minziro, few hours after sacking their Belgium head coach Tom Saintfiet for poor performance.
Captain Nadir Haroub 'Canavaro' opened the scoring board in the fourth minute when he connected home Athumani Iddi’s pass.
Controversial Congolese striker Didier Kavumbagu added the second in the 27th minute when he coordinated well with Hamisi Kiiza and Oscar Joshua.
The third goal was scored by Said Msuva in the 55th minute before Kavumbagu added the fourth in the 65th minute. The lone goal for the armed forces team was scored by Credo Mwaipopo in the 70th minute.
Yanga have four points while JKT Ruvu have three.
