Miss Eastern Zone on Saturday

Miss Eastern Zone beauty pageant will take place on Saturday at Morogoro Hotel. The director of Millenium Promotions, Fortunatus Faustine, said yesterday that 12 contestants would compete in the contest, with three winners qualifying for the Miss Tanzania beauty pageant.
Those who are expected to compete are Neema Urasa, Upendo Ibrahim, Zuhura Mrisho, Felina Felician, Joan Joseph and Francisca Asey.
Others are Sasha Adam, Mourine Gisray, Matilda Paul, Mwimbe Bullegy, Rivah Barakali and Sarafina Backet.
The rehearsals start today at Masuka Village Hotel in Morogoro under Zuwena Omari, Fatuma Said and Wanne Star.
The contest will be coloured by African Stars Band ”Twanga Pepeta,” TID and Wanne Star. Entrance fees to the show have been set at 5,000/- and 10,000/-.
The event is sponsored by Redd’s Premium Cold, Channel Ten, Magic FM, Millennium Furniture, Shabiby Line, Hollywood Pharmacy, M.K. Furniture and General Supplies, Screen Masters, Dafrafin 500 (JD Pharmacy) and Emma Beauty Saloon.
