Magori boosts Brake Point

Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) First Vice President Crescentius Magori yesterday donated a set of jerseys worth 600,000/- to the veteran soccer team, Brake Point (BP).

The gears were handed over to the BP Chairman, Edward Kazimoto ’Moloto’, at a short ceremony held at Brake Point Kijitonyama.

Magori said he donated the kits to make players of the team keep fit. ’’I hope you will now train hard to keep your body fit as this will do away with unnecessary diseases,’’ Magori said.

Kazimoto thanked Magori for the assistance and call other sponsors to support the team.

The team train every weekend and on public holidays at TTCL grounds in Kijitonyama.

The team is formed by Alison Mutembei, Patrick Gandye, Ibrahim Agwanda, Kim Tenga ’Tsunami’, Mohamed Nassoro, Fred Ogot ’Mboma’ and David Paul ’Doctor’.

Others are Rodney Chiduo, Simba, Mwambene, Emmanuel Boaz, Daudi Machumu, Gerry Yambi, Bantam Mwandwi, Fred Ogunde ’Fredito Makumbusho’, Mohamed ’Pizaro’, Michael Wambura, Evarist Hagila, ’Putin’ and others.
