Cancer: What women need to know about it

I find it surprising that in this age and era many women are still ignorant about some of the causes of cervical cancer.
Cancer is a silent killer and women should be aware of it because the problem is that by the time its symptoms show, the damage will already have been done.
You will agree with me that there are vendors making money through selling powders which will allow women to appear like virgins again.
Dawa yakurudisha usichana, most women buy this medicine in an effort to please their partners sexually.
The big question is, have these women ever considered the harm that is accompanied by use of these herbs or powders.
They insert these powders into their vaginas and this results in sepsis finally leading to cancer of the cervix in most cases.
Is it really worth it? All in the name of giving the sexual partner pleasure.
The fact that these herbs tighten the women and make them appear like virgins once more also leads to another problem, bruising.
The women can incur bruises and this causes a lot of unnecessary pain and discomfort.
Its high time women realise that they really don’t have to go through this pain and suffering just to please their sexual partners.
Besides there is more to it than just the pain and suffering, it’s a high risk to their health.
Cancer has no cure as yet hence it is important for women to engage in healthy practices.
Sometimes women use these herbs again to enlarge the birth canal so as to ease delivery.
This is mostly done before the woman gives birth to the first child.
Most of the women who practise this are those women who do not want to deliver their babies in hospital but instead deliver with the help of traditional birth attendants.
This practice again is unhealthy and uncalled for. One cannot enlarge the birth canal by using herbs, it’s a process which happens naturally.
This again will only result in the women concerned getting cancer of the cervix or uterus in some cases.
The Ministry of Health should ensure that all women especially rural women are made aware of the dangers of using such herbs.
Men also need to know that they mustn’t pressurise their women to use these traditional herbs because the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
Women should appreciate the fact that God made them like that and that they don’t need to use herbs in order to become better.
They are good just as they are. Women tend to have this fear that they might be left by their men if they do not use the so called herbs but that cannot happen.
It’s only because women have allowed men to instill this fear in them, which is unfounded anyway.
Forcing women to use harmful herbs is a form of abuse and women should learn to say no to abuse.
It is not in any way different from female genital mutilation.
Why do women have to endure so much pain in order to give pleasure to men?
Does anyone ever think about how women feel or it’s considered to be insignificant?
Women should be confident of themselves and get rid of low self esteem.
They should emancipate themselves because no one will do it for them.
I am appealing to government, women activists, non governmental organisations and any other groups interested in improving the plight of women to embark on a campaign to empower women with the knowledge they need for their health and safety.
Most women engage in these practices due to ignorance. Let us unite and fight against this ignorance.
Let us empower today’s woman with the information that she needs in order to stay healthy and happy.
Since ignorance is the root cause of the problem, we need to eradicate it if we are to win the war.
The woman is so gentle a specie and should be protected from all forms of torture.
Cancer is for real and as of now it has no cure hence the best way to deal with it is prevention.
All women should be equipped with ways of preventing cancer.
You just need to see someone with full blown cancer and the pain that they will be undergoing in order for you to understand what I am trying to say here. The pain is just unbearable.
