Abortion and baby dumping are not an option

Teenage and unwanted pregnancies are a common phenomenon these days but most of them do not end up producing living humans as abortion is normally the solution resorted to by many of its victims.
Many teenagers believe pregnancy would shorten their time of indulging in various entertainment.
Abortion is legalised in some countries but in most African countries it is illegal and is performed in back-door surgeries which are unhygienic.
Many teenagers and other adults believe abortion is a lesser evil because they think its better than killing a human being.
Abortion may seem to be the easy way out but it has grave consequences as it may result in death, inferntilty or continuous abortion which is not intended.
The alarming fact is that most people die as a result of unsuccessful abortion attempts.
Methods which are used to remove the foetus vary, from the use of crude and unsterilised objects such as needles, overdose of drugs and detergents.
The baby is a foreign object which has to be removed for it is an obstruction to freedom and liability for continued education.
Abortion will simply right the wrong.It is important, however, for people to know that abortion can lead to long term psychological rustics which are totally irreversible.
It is saddening, however, that some of the teenagers abort with the assistance of the parents who do not want to be associated with the shame of an illegitimate child.
The causes are always the same with rejection by the persons responsible being on the forefront.
Some of the victims become confused and will implement the idea of abortion. Others will opt to wait and give birth and dump the child.
The respective pregnancy will be concealed and they will hardly show the usual signs of pregnancy.
Though I do not condone baby dumping it may be a lesser evil as the child will be given a chance to live and some Good Samaritan will take proper care of it.
We have heard of several people who become psychotic and will always get hallucinations as a result of the abortions or baby dumping.
Some would allege that they continuously hear voices of crying babies in their ears, and a deeper look into the life of the concerned person would reveal that there was abortion at a certain point in life.
In some cases when the girls who would have aborted get married they would lose the pregnancy the same months and due to the pressures that were exerted to the womb it may never be in a position to contain the said pregnancy to maturity.
The blame at times is not the person who would be aborting but the influence from peers, the boyfriend and even the parents.
The girl would be traumatized and blackmailed until she gives in even against her wishes.
It is only that at times when giving advice people will be concerned about self interests and will not consider the effects and trauma the girl would go through.
A question to be answered by society will be: How will a parent who encourages or assists abortion warn the child and other siblings about the dangers of such practice?
Effects of abortion are negative both in the long and short term and have gloomy negative physical, psychological and spiritual consequences. Feelings of self-condemnation and low self-esteem will always exist.
This will be lethal for any meaningful project that can drive one to committing suicide. Lets not encourage abortion and baby dumping.
You never know that may be your only opportunity to be come a mother.
