It was alleged that the accused forged a letter of offer reference No. D/KN/A/128008/1 dated 20/4/2006 with intent to defraud.

The act of the accused purported to show that the said letter of offer was genuinely issued to him by Kinondoni District Land Office.

In the second count the accused is alleged to have uttered a false letter of offer reference No.
D/KN/A/2008 dated 20/4/2006 to Kisusi of Kisusi Company Advocates.

Assistant Inspector Musa claimed that the accused committed the second offence on December 4, this year at Kisusi and Company Advocates along Lumumba street.
