Ashanti crush Simba SC 2-0

Ashanti United proved their superiority over Simba Sports Club when they hit them 2-0 in the return and last match of Group B in the ongoing Tanzania Football Federation Mini League played at the Jamhuri Stadium here yesterday.
The teams met ten days ago in a match that ended prematurely before half-time following chaos caused by people believed to be Simba fans. TFF later awarded Ashanti a 2-0 win.
Yesterday`s encounter saw Ashanti score their first goal in the 18th minute through Musa Kipao, before Patrick Mrope netted the second in the 72nd Simba now stand second on 10 points, as Ashanti lead their group with 13.
