Others are Peter Ngota, who will be head of Customer Services; Mrisho Shabani as head of Finance and Supplies; Juvenal Utafu, head of Human Resources, and Priscilla Chillipweti as head of Network Development.

On the list also are Dr Zaipuna Yonah, the Head Product Development, Rama Mtunga, the Head Quality Management, Frederick Mloka, the Head Retail Business, Charles Nkombelwe, the Head of Wholesale Business, Enocent Msasi, the Manager Network Maintenance and Karim Bablia, the Manager Corporate Sales.

The board also appointed heads of three zones of Dar es Salaam, Northern and Southern Highlands. They are Ernest Nangi, Francis Mabula and Said Said, respectively, while positions for the remaining three zones of Zanzibar, Lake and Coast remain vacant.

``Following the appointment of leaders to fill the second level of leadership in the new structure, the next step will be the appointment of managers to fill the third level in the hierarchy,`` read the statement in part, adding that the appointment of managers for headquarters departments and the regions would be concluded by the end of this month.
