JK picks Rweyemamu for Communications directorate

President Jakaya Kikwete has appointed Salvatory Rweyemamu the State House Director of Communications with effect from September 11, this year.
A statement issued by the Chief Secretary, Philemon Luhanjo said on Monday that Rweyemamu fills the vacancy left by, Peter Kallaghe.
Kallaghe has been appointed the Tanzania High Commissioner to Canada.
The statement further said that before his appointment, Rweyemamu was working with a private company, G and S Media Solutions.
