Expand knowledge to make college able to groom better professionals, urges Ghasia

The Minister of State, President`s Office - Public Service Management- Hawa Ghasia, has called upon the board of Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC) to expand knowledge and capacity to enable the college groom better professionals.

Ghasia made the remarks last Friday in Dar es Salaam while launching the third consultancy board of TPSC.

She said the college is supposed to provide good services to the society to increase the nation capital.

`We should use this chance to learn and know through research to create a new market for our professionals through stakeholders. The college should produce more professionals who will face competition within and outside the country,` Ghasia said.

The Chairman of the Board, George Yambesi, thanked the Minister for the facilities which he said would help to conduct programmes and ensure better service to the public.

Yambesi said that the board will work hard to create more opportunities for the college, improve service for public servants and to provide solutions to public problems.
