Four regions ready for Lugalo Open

Golfers from four mainland regions are expected to compete in the Lugalo Open set for later this month in Dar es Salaam.
The Dar es Salaam Gymkhana Club (DGC) assistant coach, Rodrick John, said yesterday that the event would be used to select the best golfers of this year.
He named regions that would send their golfers as Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Arusha and Kilimanjaro.
He said DGC technical bench would soon appoint golfers who would camp to prepare for the championship.
He said the event would be very competitive as it would attract talented and experienced golfers.
