Date set for Miss Kurasini

This year`s Miss Kurasini beauty contest will be staged on May 22 at Equator Grill in Temeke, it was announced yesterday.
The event coordinator Zuena Mustapha of Zum Fashion said that the aspirants were being trained by Miss Ruvuma 2004 Cecilia Buregi.
They are Hilda Wilbert, Nancy Salali, Eva Irunde, Evanuru Isaac, Sarah Mwangabula, Christina Jinga, Fatuma Kikwata, Rachel Pheris, Sia John and Shahiba Rashid.
According to Zuena, the event would be sponsored by Vodacom, Redds, Pijei Amusement, Zum Boutiques, African Footage Agency and Ustad Arts Graphics.
