3,739 graduate at Dar University

Tanzania yesterday added the number of intellectuals as 3,739 new graduates from the University of Dar es Salaam received academic certificates of varying degrees and disciplines.
The number slightly increased from 3,665 graduates last year, constituting an increase of about 2 percent, according to the vice chancellor, Professor Rwekaza Mukandala at the 37th graduation ceremony.
Of the graduates one received an honorary doctorate, 13 doctorate degrees, 593 masters, 212 postgraduate diploma, 2,614 bachelors, 22 ordinary diploma and 284 certificates.
