The newly-crowned Mainland champions, Yanga Africans play their traditional archrivals Simba sports club in the anxiously- awaited return leg match to be staged this afternoon at the Dar es Salaam National Stadium.

Simba who have let go of the premier league title, beat Yanga 1-0 in their first leg match staged last year at the Jamhuri Stadium in Morogoro.

The match is among seven matches scheduled to finalize the 2008 Vodacom premier league.

The match is however expected to be tough with champions Yanga who have for the last seven years not managed to beat Simba putting up a spirited fight to break the jinx.

Simba General-Secretary, Mwina Kaduguda said yesterday his side has prepared well to beat Yanga yet again, he boasted.

``Yanga is not a hard nut to crack. Today we want to show soccer fans that we are better than champions Yanga,`` Kaduguda claimed.

Simba will today enter the pitch without their key midfielder Henry Joseph who served a week-long ban on Friday for refusing to travel with the team to Bukoba last Saturday for their match against Kagera Sugar.

But his absence might not have any major effect on the team. Henry also missed the previous match between the two teams in Morogoro after being sent off at the beginning of the match which Simba won.
