Bariadi District Commissioner, Festo Kiswaga said earlier this week while opening the new Tigo shop that the company has shown determination in investing its resources to ensure customers receive world-class services.
“Customer services is often at the heart of any business which aims to provide an exceptional service that leaves the customer feeling valued and respected,” said Kiswaga noting that the new shop will greatly help to speed up biometric registration of customer to allow them continue enjoying services such as Tigo Pesa.
“Tigo is the best in investing its resources in crafting an intentional and wonderful customer experience which differentiates them from the rest in the market,” Kiswaga noted.
Among other things, the new Tigo shop will allow customers to no longer travel long distances to get access its services which also include smartphones, routers and modems for Tigo Home internet service but also the cheap popular smartphone dubbed Kitochi 4G.
Tigo’s Lake Zone Director, Uthman Madati said the shop will also provide sim swamp, device sales, data services and Tigo Business services. Madati the launch of the new shop is in line with the mobile phone service company’s strategy to improve service delivery to customers and fulfill its promise of providing them with more convenient access to products and services.
“The new shop features a special experience zone where customers can get the opportunity to test and experience different Tigo products such as mobile phones before they can buy them. The shop is convenient to customers visiting the city centre,” he added.
