“The winner out of the program and competition will be financially empowered to jumpstart their own micro-businesses,” said John who revealed that the competition enters the second phase with eight contestants handpicked by a panel of judges.
“Kuza ofisi na Finca,’ will be aired on TVE and hosted by E-fm radio presenter Emmanuel Kapanga. John said the TV show will also be used to sensitize entrepreneurs on financial management basics.
“The lucky winner will scoop the prize while other qualified participants will also stand a chance to access loans from Finca Bank,” the Marketing Head noted.
On his part, the bank’s Chief Commercial Officer, Emmanuel Mongella said the campaign is part of Finca’s way to celebrate 20 years of operations in the country during which it offered tailor made solutions through different accounts.
“Financial inclusion and digital innovations are at the core of our business, the competition is another testimony that Finca Microfinance Bank is instilling in Tanzanians as an institution geared at supporting them through financial products,” Mongella noted.
