To make more reality, the Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam, The Kilimanjaro invited Chef Francois Lucchesi from the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile to create a true French culinary experience.
Francoise was inspired to become a Chef by the encouragement of his entire family from an early age onwards, he has rubbed shoulders with the best French Chefs in renowned Parisian establishments and learned two key lessons: “rigour and excellence” For this years “Goût de France” he will be preparing an exciting four course-tasting menu paired with exquisite French wines.
The Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam General Manager Mr. Garry Friend expressed his enthusiasm and readiness to host the fifth edition of the Good France event.
Lilian Kisasa, Marketing and communications manager added that; French Cuisines has been recognized by UNESCO and we are so proud to learn and experience "The Gastronomic Meal of the French" as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
