Kilimanjaro Regional Police Commander (RPC), Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police (SACP) Wilbroad Mutafungwa said the police arrested Emmanuel Lameck (32) and Said Salim (26) on Tuesday while trafficking a total of 61 kilogrammes of khat on a Scania lorry with registration number T.645 ABJ on the way from Moshi to Tanga.
