Coastal Union keeper eager to step up showing 

Mbisa is now regarded as one of the best keepers in the domestic top-flight, given the shot-stopper bosts of having kept three clean sheets.

The shot-stopper disclosed to The Guardian in an interview that despite the league being tough, it has helped him become a good footballer.

Mbisa mentioned Simba SC keeper, Aishi Salum Manula, as one of the best keepers in the  NBC Premier League and the former has been learning a lot from the latter.

According to Mbisa, discipline, dedication to practice, and treating each of the top-flight clashes seriously are the aspects that have improved his efficiency.

Coastal Union, as a result, has moved into a good position in the NBC Premier League and is regarded as one of the serious contenders for the trophy.

Mbisa stated: ''We expect to battle for the trophy as we put spirited displays in each of the fixures, despite failing to fully exploit scoring chances that we get in the fixtures.''

''We have been doing all we can to score especially in home fixtures. All clubs in Premier Lague are good, we are also in good form, that is why we are occupying the position we are in.''

Coastal Union now sits fifth in the NBC Premier League standings after recording a victory in four matches, five draws, and three defeats.

The Tanga club has netted eight goals and leaked as many to stay with 0 goal difference.   

It should be noted that until the top-flight's fifth-round concluded, Mbisa was placed third in the list of the showdown's keepers with clean sheets.

Mbisa was trailing second-placed Djigui Diarra of Yanga, boasting of posting four clean sheets, and

Manula leads with five clean sheets.
