Mbeya City FC started this season's Premier League on a sound note before experiencing a poor run of performance.

The squad registerd draw in seven games, won three, and lost one match under the tutelage of the Ugandan coach.

The Mbeya club's opponent, Simba SC, have arrived in Mbeya with a full squad including midfielder Clatous Chama that has rejoined the club on a three-year contract from Morocco's  RS Berkane.

Simba SC's head coah, Pablo Franco Martín, stated that when he saw Chama in various videos he embraced his potential and that is why he did not want to put a stumbling block in his return to the club.

"He is a very good player, I believe he will help the team in collaboration with his teammates, he has only great potential and I have faith in him," Martn stated.

The Spanish coach said he has been following the midfielder on various social networks and the way the player is talked about reflects his great potential.

"He would have been a normal player if he hadn't been talked about so much that it made me even follow him closely to see his potential," Martin said.

The coach said every Simba SC player has potential and that is why he has been roped in, so, he believes the goals will be achieved.
