Omog expected to sign one-year deal with Simba

WHILE Cameroonian coach Joseph Omog is expected to sign a one-year contract with Simba Sports Club today, the club has released a line-up of players registered for next league season.

Omog who replaces Englishman Dylan Kerr, was expected to arrive yesterday night ready to sign the contract today.

One of Simba officials whose name has been withheld said the club’s executive committee was expected to meet late yesterday evening with Omog’s contract as the main agenda.

"A flight ticket was sent to him to facilitate his travelling to Dar”, said the official.

Omog who enabled Azam to win their maiden Mainland premiership soccer title in 2013/14 season lass has a coaching credit of managing to lead Congolese Leopard FC the CAF Confederation Cup title.

The coach has in possession a UEFA Class A and B coaching credentials and he was also deployed as a national team coach for the Cameroon national team in the past.
Meanwhile, Omog will have the following players in his line-up for the next season.

Goalkeepers; Vincent Angban, Manyika Peter, Denis Richard, defenders Hamad Juma, Salum Kimenya, Mohamed Hussein 'Tshabalala', Abdi Banda while central defenders are Novaty Lufunga, Juuko Murshid, Emmanuel Simwanza and Janvier Besala Bokungu.

Midfielders are Jonas Mkude, Awadh Juma, Justice Majabvi, Said Ndemla, Mwinyi Kazimoto, Muzammil Yassin, Mohamed Ibrahim and Mussa Ndusha.
Wingers for teh etam are Peter Mwalyanzi, Jamal Mnyate, Shiza Kichuya and Hassan Kabunda.

Strikers are Ibrahim Ajib, Daniel Lyanga, Haji Ugando, Mbaraka Yusuph, Laudit Mavugo na Blagnon Frederic.
