Simba have nevertheless insisted Yanga should do away with regularly expressing misgivings over the club's failure to at times fail to live up to expectations on the pitch.
Simba's information officer Haji Manara stated it is good Yanga have done exactly what their rivals did in the transformation.
He asked the rest of clubs in the country to opt for the changes.
"I congratulate Yanga for opting for transformation. The changes, though, should go hand in hand with change in their thinking,'' he stated.
''They should not always complain when their squad fare poorly in matches, they should concentrate on serious issues.''
He stated Simba normally express misgivings over serious matters and the club later focuses on getting good results.
"Domestic soccer will improve tremendously should all sides opt for transformation. If Yanga will successfully start implementing changes they will become serious opponents,'' he disclosed.
Yanga's spokesman Antonio Nugaz yesterday insisted the squad is looking forward to embracing the changes.
Nugaz stated the club will implement an administration system, which is used by Spain's La Liga outfits.
"We will implement the right transformation. Yanga fans should assess the approach La Liga teams, which include prominent clubs Barcelona as well as Real Madrid, that is the kind of changes we want to implement,'' he stated.
