Simba SC to unveil new jerseys, logo today

SIMBA SC have always made a big fuss about their jerseys' launches ahead of each new season.

This year, it promises to be even more special with the club set to unveil a brand-new logo and jerseys ahead of the 2020/21 season.

The club's information officer, Haji Manara, announced their week long festivities kicks off today, with the release of a rebranded new logo and season jerseys that is sure to excite all fans of the club.

“Tomorrow (Friday) that is August 14 to August 22, 2020 is our week, called Champions’ week which we have dubbed 'Another Level',” he disclosed.

"On Friday we will launch the new club logo. We have rebranded it to match the current market conditions. After the launch of the new logo we will launch the new jersey of the season. This is 'Another Level'. Then we start announcing new players."

"On Saturday from 2am we will be on the Indian Ocean beaches in the Salendar area for cleanliness activities.''

''Those in the upcountry can do it in their own areas. On Sunday from 6pm we will be at the club's headquarters to make a special prayer’s session.”

“In support of the government domestic tourism, on Monday and Tuesday all branches across the country will be visiting tourist attractions.''

''All coders should visit tourist attractions. It's a special day for the 'Msimbazi Reds' to support local tourism. "

"Also on Tuesday in collaboration with the main sponsors SportPesa we will provide support to vulnerable children and provide them with jerseys, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are blood donation days.

"On Thursday we will go to Independence School, we will go with the players to meet children with different needs and the club will offer contributions to this cause.”

"On Monday we will announce the visiting team that will play against us on the eve of Simba Day and the ticket prices for the respective game. For the first time we will use two stadiums for our event.''

''We will use Mkapa Stadium and Uhuru Stadium whereby a large screen will beam live what is going on to the other side."

The club’s first team players will debut the new jerseys for the first time in the game against the invited team on August 22.
