The two parties sealed the agreement for the construction of the facilities at the TFF offices in Dar es Salaam on Wednesday.
According to TFF, the facilities will cost more than 4 million US Dollars in the first phase.
The facilities will be constructed in Dar es Salaam and Tanga. The Dar es Salaam center will be located at Kigamboni.
The centers, according to the national soccer governing body, will be built with FIFA funding and are expected to be completed within 12 months.
Speaking to journalists, TFF Secretary General, Wilfred Kidau, said the project will bring positive results to the sport in the country.
The project, according to Kidau, will particularly strengthen national junior soccer sides and senior teams.
He pointed out the centers will also have special place for nationals teams to camp and prepare for their assignments.
Wallace Karia, TFF president, said that the federation has set out to come up with strategies for seeing to it Tanzania has what it takes to excel in soccer.
Karia said that the projects will be implemented in phases and his target is to ensure that every region has such football centers.
"The project is implemented in phases and, in our plans, we will make sure every region has such facility,'' he noted.
''We will spend the money we get from soccer stakeholders, as well as support from others."
He also said all procedures are done to have construction start next month.
Group Six International Ltd's contractor, Yi Xiaobo, said his firm will closely cooperate with TFF to complete the construction of the centers
